Not only is she an accomplished pastry chef, entrepreneur and mom of two in her everyday life, but her company, Cake Sweet Food Chicago, encompasses all things sweet—from gorgeously designed wedding cakes, to “damn good” cookies, to “ugly” truffles (perfectly delicious—if not perfectly round!) to brownies and blondies and even gluten-free goodies.
Mary’s wedding cakes are particularly spectacular and incredibly delicious. She believes every wedding cake should be a stylish reflection of her couples, but also offers 12 basic designs for the brides and grooms on budget, that don’t want to sacrifice quality for affordability.

I was putting a topper on a cake and a group of children were gathered around me watching. One bumped the table and sent the topper tumbling down. The kids gasped and the photographer caught this. The damage was easily fixed, as there were dots on the cake…a few more after the incident though!What's your favorite quote?
