Command Performance Catering Group boasts an award-winning Executive Chef, and a dedicated team of experienced event professionals who share a passion for excellence and an eye for detail. As the in-house caterer for the Reagan Library, Command Performance has served meals to presidents, and orchestrated many a celebrity-studded soiree. But it’s weddings with style that have become their hallmark.
Past clients we spoke with raved about the seamless execution of the receptions, from the first meeting with a Command Performance coordinator, all the way through to clean-up. “They are super-organized,” said the owner of one of their exclusive venues, “and go above and beyond to make sure an event is perfect.”
Of course, their food received tons of rave reviews as well. We’ve personally attended events catered by Command Performance, and can vouch for the fresh presentations and satisfying, flavorful dishes (and we’re really picky!). Their menus serve as starting points to create a reflection of a couple’s unique personality, and the staff works with each customer to develop a package that satisfies both their budget and vision.
Meal service can be traditional plated, buffet or family style; but Command Performance can also set up chef action stations, and is skilled at incorporating special dietary needs as well as cultural traditions. Command Performance is so much more than a caterer: They are event visionaries, able to tie in the cuisine to the venue, décor and execution. They have a showroom for linens and tabletop design, offer lounge settings and furniture rental; and can supply everything from lighting packages to complete event planning. They specialize in themed events, so if you fancy a casino night for your rehearsal dinner or an old-fashioned picnic complete with carnival games, they can make it happen.
