About This Company

“Amazing food, impeccable presentation and customer service second to none”—that’s how clients describe Feast, a team of passionate professionals dedicated to bringing fresh, authentic ingredients to the table in a way that transforms every event into an absolute celebration.

The company has a reputation for consistently delivering beyond expectations. Owner and Chef Marcus Baird brings decades of experience in the culinary industry, and a love of food enhanced by years of travel and cooking throughout Europe and the U.S. Inspired by local and organic food movements, this avid gardener believes that the dining experience begins with flavorful, seasonally influenced components, which he showcases with elegance and imagination. Whether the offering is sweet heirloom tomatoes, tender baby leeks, delicate sea bass, or mouth-watering medallions of beef tenderloin, he’s known for sourcing the very best products and framing them with exquisite care. “Everything is always meticulously prepared and looks like art,” remarks a customer who uses them to accommodate her celebrity clientele. “I love that Feast is so versatile.”

Yes, versatility as well as innovation are definitely hallmarks of Feast’s style, but so are customization and flawless delivery. Whether it’s an ultra-special dinner for six or a chic luncheon for two thousand, the team executes to perfection. From custom menus to decorative details and unique themes, they create one-of-a-kind celebrations for an enormous range of events. “They are absolute team players,” declares a colleague. “Marcus is very intelligent and works extremely well with clients. He’s always fabulously organized.”

Marcus is famous for keeping things beautiful yet deceptively simple—a feat that less seasoned caterers might not be able to achieve. Feast’s numerous fans attest to this. “They are true professionals,” declares an industry colleague. “They’re creative and highly respected. Their service is as good as it gets.” “Feast has one of the most inventive and forward-thinking menus of any catering company I have worked with,” says another. “They take pride in their business and in keeping clients happy.” A client who used Feast for her own wedding adds, “I’d give them a 10/10 on service and a 10/10 on communication. Food was a very important factor at our wedding and my friends are still talking about how great it was.”

Feast’s success stems from their uncanny ability to balance the competing elements of a catered event: organization and expert execution with exciting new trends and spontaneity. Just how well they manage this balancing act is pretty much summed up by one admiring wedding client: “The food was perfect. The table setting was gorgeous. The servers were courteous and efficient. Feast knows when to have fun and when to be professional. From beginning to end they exceeded my expectations. I love them.”
