Flowers by Kim is a full-service floral and event design studio with a fresh perspective. Kim Lahargou is known for her green thumb, passion for plant materials, and artistic eye. She’ll collaborate with you to develop your wedding style, and custom-tailor unique floral arrangements that will fit your vision, elevate your event, and wow your guests.
She also has an extensive inventory of rental décor including draping, chandeliers, lounge furniture, vintage rentals, live trees, speciality linens, candelabras, arches, and custom pieces to further enhance your special day.

We are a great fit for a bride that is wanting an original, customized wedding.What are the common misconceptions about your services?
Most clients don't understand the hours of manual labor it takes to create beautiful floral designs and room transformations, along with the cost of flowers themselves.What drew you to this field/how did you get started?
I've had a passion for gardening for many years. After selling a business, I went back to floral design school and even design school to be accredited in a business I've always loved.What are some sources of inspiration or influences on your work?
I am a farmer at heart and I love looking at all the growing plant materials. I am fascinated by bark, moss, lemon trees, patches of wild poppies, and cultivated dahlias.About This Company
Kim Lahargou is a graduate of the Floral Design Institute and a certified event designer through the Institute of Wedding & Event Design. After graduating from Cal Poly SLO, she purchased her first home in Paso Robles—where she found her love for gardening. She says, “I love creating hand-tied bouquets and giving the fresh bundles of flowers to friends, family, and coworkers. My first wedding was for my boss and I used all of my flowers from my own garden. That was over 20 years ago!”
