I’m very detail-oriented, came in with a lot of my own opinions and ideas, and have very high standards. They did not let me down even once, even when working with someone like me, who probably drove them crazy!”

“We had a vision for a laid-back picnic-style function, and I went back and forth several times on the specific meal I wanted to serve. They ended up completely customizing a menu for us. We have been complimented over and over on the food. The visual presentation was definitely an A++++. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff. The entire thing was a hit, and we now use Marriott Ranch Catering as our caterer for functions at work, as a result.”
“At the tasting, we were given very generous portions and decided right then what we wanted to offer our guests. The food for the rehearsal dinner was delicious and very fresh; it was buffet style. Our dinner for the reception was plated and was delicious as well. We heard great things from many of our guests, specifically the cheese/fruit spread and passed appetizers at the cocktail hour. Our ceremony was outside in October so it was quite chilly—they offered our guests hot cider, which I thought was a really nice touch.”
