They’ll take your menu ideas and run with them, but you just may be tempted by their existing menu options, like mini brie en croute with honeycomb and dried apricot, bamboo-spiked short ribs with horseradish cream, or Maine lobster rolls.
For more adventurous couples, Patina creates live action stations like “Sushi Stations,” “Gracias Madre” build-your-own taco stations, “Candy Shop Pop Ups” with liquid nitrogen lollipops or even a custom-spiked milkshake bar.
