Tell us about your company name.

Our goal is always to be a friend and confidante to our couples first and foremost. We didn't want to just create a kitschy name, we wanted our couples to know: we're your consultant. We want to consult you, guide you, and support you through your wedding planning.

Why should someone hire you?

We often tell our couples "we want you to feel like you have a best friend who just happens to be a wedding planner". If that's what you're looking for, we'll be a great match :)

What have weddings taught you?

Weddings require a lot of decision making. Learning how to make quick, effective decisions and trusting your gut is essential.

What is the best advice you give a couple when planning their wedding?

Besides hiring a planner, remember: it's about the marriage, not the wedding. If every single thing goes wrong, at the end of the day, you're still going to be married to the person you love.

What's your favorite quote?

Not so much a quote as a parable:
A banker was at the pier of a small village when he saw a fisherman with several large fish. The banker complimented the fisherman on his fish and asked how long it took to catch them.
The fisherman replied, "Only a short while."
The banker asked, "Why don't you stay out longer to catch more fish?"
The fisherman said he had enough to support his family's immediate needs.
The banker then asked, "But what do you do with the rest of your time?"
The fisherman said, "I sleep late, fish a little, play with my children, spend time with my wife, and stroll into the village each evening where I sip wine, and play guitar with my amigos."
The banker scoffed, "You should spend more time fishing and with the proceeds, buy a bigger boat. With the proceeds from the bigger boat, you could buy several boats, eventually you would have a fleet of fishing boats. You would leave this small coastal fishing village and move to New York, where you will run your expanding enterprise."
The fisherman asked, "But, how long will this all take?"
To which the banker replied, "15 – 20 years."
"What then?" Asked the fisherman.
The banker laughed and said, "That's the best part! When the time is right you would sell your company stock to the public and make millions!"
"Millions – then what?"
"Then you would retire. Move to a small coastal fishing village where you would sleep late, fish a little, play with your kids, spend time with your wife, and stroll to the village in the evenings where you could sip wine and play your guitar with your amigos."
