Specializing in bridal makeup, Tami's style has been described as "natural glamour" and her goal is to custom tailor the look and application of makeup to each bride, to fit her unique beauty and personality.
Tami uses high-end makeup that's soy free, corn free, gluten free, paraben free, and made from a coconut base. She's adept at both airbrush and traditional makeup, and keeps up to date on all the newest techniques and trends in the makeup industry.
With Tami, you can relax knowing that you are in expert hands—and allow yourself to be pampered and look stunning on your wedding day.

Packages range $300–1,750. Bridal makeup packages include lashes, airbrush, design trial, set up/take down, preparation, and cleanup.

Why should someone hire you?
Choosing your makeup artist and team is a big decision to make; and as your makeup artist, my team and I play an important role on your wedding day. We are reliable, respectful, and professional. We love what we do, and we want to be part of your special day. After all, you are entrusting us with the precious role of capturing the most radiant bridal look for you and your bridal party that you will admire and treasure for years to come. No two weddings are the same ~ and all brides are unique ~ so we want to create a custom look just for you. I think of it like holding up a mirror that shows you on the outside what you feel on the inside ~ absolute beauty!
What drew you to this field/how did you get started?
Just like most little girls I grew up watching my mom and grandma putting on their makeup and always wanted to be part of it. Fast forward many years I grew up, raised my children, and became an empty nester. My mom was a Wedding & Event Planner for over 40 years, and I always helped her out and knew I wanted to be in the wedding industry. I decided to put myself on the fast track to a Professional Bridal Artist career. I started and never looked back and love every minute of it!
Tell us about a favorite, unusual, or very interesting moment at a wedding:
This question makes me giggle ~ I was working a wedding up in Paso Robles at a beautiful venue. It was so hot that day, when I was finished with my makeup, I loaded the car and went to introduce myself to the event planner that I had never met before. It was almost ceremony time, and I could tell there still were things to do (just from working with my mom), so I offered to help her out and she was so happy! She had me mop the dance floor. As I was mopping the Father of the Bride stops and looks at me and says, “Didn’t you just do my daughter’s makeup?” I said, “Yes I sure did, but we are all team players, and everything needs to get done so your daughter has the perfect day!” He walked away with such a big smile on his face ~ it will always stick with me! To me, it doesn’t matter what your role is. Bottom line the wedding needs to be perfect so the couple is happy.
What makes a wedding memorable for you?
When I am 100% happy with the work I have done and hand the bride the mirror ~ there is nothing more rewarding or memorable to me than to see the excitement in her face!
What have weddings taught you?
Expect the unexpected. Not everything goes off exactly how it is supposed to. I always plan extra time into my timelines; I would never want to be late for a photographer. It is so important to me that I have everyone done on time. Otherwise it’s like a domino effect for all the vendors. I respect everyone I work with so I will move mountains to finish on time with perfect makeup!
What is the best advice you give a bride to prepare for the morning of her wedding day?
I always tell my brides during their trials to get everything done before that morning, make sure all the dresses are steamed the day before, her vows are written ~ and I tell her she only gets this day one time, so now that you have hired all your vendors you need to trust them to do an amazing job. Spend your day having a blast with your bridal entourage ~ enjoy the pampering before she gets to marry the man of her dreams!
If you could have any superpower on the job, what would it be?
I would say “SUPERSPEED” ~ I am so detail oriented and want everything perfect, it would give me more time to do more beautiful faces.

My favorite movie is Pretty Woman.

If you weren't in your current profession, what would you do instead?
I can’t imagine doing anything else!
What’s your favorite way to wind down after a hard day?
I live in Wine Country ~ have a glass of wine and watch a great Netflix movie.
