Your guests will feel transported to the sun-dappled patios of Tuscany in The Courtyard, where mulberry trees and permanent canopies create a peaceful shelter. A fun addition to your cocktail hour is the “Live Mozzarella Demonstration”—the creamy cheese is hand-pulled right in front of your guests, and served on toasted crostini with Napa olive oil.
