Owner Bryce Loutsch has floral design in his blood—his first job was working at his parents’ floral shop! This Wine Country local opened Vanda Floral Design in 2003 to offer unique, high-quality, yet affordable flowers to the county in which he grew up.
Vanda is a full service floral design shop specializing in European, tropical and contemporary design. They work with both organic, locally grown flowers as well as imported, exotic flowers from around the world.
Prices and/or Package Info
In order to ensure the highest quality of service, Vanda Floral Design has a $2,500 minimum order for all delivered weddings on Fridays through Sundays during their peak wedding season of April through November.
They are happy to design and arrange weddings of any size, but if it does not meet the minimum it will be packaged for pick up from one of their three Sonoma locations.

Why should someone hire you?
Due to my extensive professional experience: Throughout my fifteen years working in the floral industry, I've provided flowers for over 600 weddings. On a personal level, I can relate to many of the clients I meet with—I'm recently married and understand the stress that modern couples go through when planning their wedding.What 3 words describe your work?
Lush, imaginative, elegant.What drew you to this field/how did you get started?
I spent my summers home from college working in my parents' flower shop. Through my years working there, I developed an appreciation for the floral industry, and developed my skills as a designer.What are 3 words that describe your personality?
Creative, smart, affable.Extracurricular activities:
I love cooking and gardening. I've been cooking my entire life (my mother was a caterer when I was a child), and recently have become a huge proponent of the slow food movement. I try to buy all of my foods from local, organic sources, and make everything from scratch. I also carry this philosophy into my business, and support many local, sustainable flower growers and suppliers.What is the best advice you give to a couple when planning their wedding?
Have fun, don't sweat the small stuff, and find trustworthy vendors to carry out your vision. Planning a wedding can be an overwhelming process, and getting too focused on details can cause undue stress. I find that if a bride can adequately explain her vision (be it menu direction, floral décor, musical style, etc.) to her vendors, and give them the leeway to be creative, she will end up being much happier and relaxed on the day of her wedding.Vanda Floral Design Covers These Areas:
