Mallory, their in-house wedding coordinator, will knowledgeably and efficiently arrange a custom transportation package to meet your specific needs. Services include:
- Transportation for the bride, groom, and wedding party
- Airport transfer service for out-of-town guests
- Shuttle service to/from the ceremony or reception
- Charter packages for bachelor and bachelorette parties
- Point-to-point service for rehearsal dinners and related events
Every package includes bottled water, and limousine packages include a complimentary bottle of champagne!

Windy City Limousine is a 24/7 company. We have a wide variety of vehicles and keep our vehicles three years and newer. Our staff is experienced, helpful and professional. We have the best chauffeurs in the area and have a team that is constantly working around the clock to provide the most excellent service possible.What are the common misconceptions about your services?
That a white limousine is the most appropriate vehicle for a wedding—when in fact it is the complete opposite! A white limousine will wash out the bride's gown that the bride and/or family has spent serious money on. While the groom will "pop," he oftentimes has rented his tuxedo and should not be the center of attention for the majority of the pictures. Limousines are also nearly impossible for a bride to get in and out of in a comfortable and timely manner.What drew you to this field/how did you get started?
I started out in our reservation department once I graduated college. I was promoted to weddings and as we grew, found that this was truly a passion of mine. People getting married are much happier than our corporate clients and I love being able to actually speak with a customer and help them with something so important to them and their day.What are some sources of inspiration or influences on your work?
Every day I am fortunate enough to speak with someone who has never planned a wedding before. It is these people with their fresh and unique perspectives that inspire me on a daily basis. My influences are my previous brides and grooms, because it is from their weddings that I have gained expertise in the area of ground transportation and figured out what works and what doesn't.Tell us about a favorite, unusual or very interesting moment at a wedding:
My most interesting moment was when I handled wedding transportation for someone related to someone high up in the White House (this is very vague for a reason!) I had to go downtown and meet with the CIA! It was very exciting and a bit nerve-wracking.What makes a wedding memorable for you?
The people—since I do not attend the weddings it is truly the people (and sometimes the dates) that stick with me forever. I get to talk with all sorts of personalities and it is truly a blessing to get to work with people from all over the spectrum.What have weddings taught you?
Patience. Weddings are a huge investment and working with planners, family or brides and grooms themselves have taught me that with big decisions come time. I am always shocked when I book something off of one conversation!What is the best advice you give a couple when planning their wedding?
Do not wait until the last minute for transportation. Especially during the summer months.If you could have any superpower on the job, what would it be?
Psychic powers to foresee exactly how many guests will be attending the event and exactly how many will need transportation—it would also be beneficial to know the weather!What are 3 words that describe your personality?

I have a cat named Elliott. He resembles a cow in terms of coloring and was a rescue cat so he has quite the attitude.What are some of your favorite places to eat—either everyday spots or special occasion splurges?
