Marital Status: Mar­ried to my best friend. Fun fact — I met him when I was in kinder­garten because he was walk­ing to school with my old­er broth­er. They remained life­long friends and I secret­ly admired him all those years grow­ing up. When we recon­nect­ed as adults, we both instant­ly knew we were going to get mar­ried. Seri­ous­ly, on our first ​“date” we were talk­ing about our future babies.

Source of Inspiration: I can’t pick one or even two things. I am con­stant­ly inspired by every­thing around me. What real­ly gets me going is see­ing and expe­ri­enc­ing kind­ness, in any form. It fills my cup and push­es me to be my best self.

Mother to: My adorable kids, sev­er­al plants, all of my friends, and every ani­mal I have ever come in con­tact with.

Favorite kitchen gadget: I’ve recent­ly fall­en com­plete­ly in love with my bread machine. It’s so easy to use, and fresh warm bread can mend even the worst of days.

My favorite things: Home­made food, cozy blan­kets, yoga, camp­ing, babies, goats, and gardening.

What people underestimate about me: My abil­i­ty to fix things. I’m the daugh­ter of an air­plane mechan­ic and fix­er of everything!

What I love most about my job: The sup­port, con­stant inspi­ra­tion, and love that comes from all of the women I work with. I still ask myself how on earth did I get this lucky?
