• Ceremony Only rentals range $2,000–2,500 for up to 50 people, and include:

  • 4-hour venue access
  • Choice of oceanfront ceremony site with lawn chairs
  • Use of the Polo Field lawn area, Clubhouse with kitchen and courtyard, and Clubhouse deck
  • Assorted banquet, round, and high-top tables
  • Ample parking and 3-stall trailer-style bathrooms
  • Complete private access to the beach
  • On-site venue coordinator

  Ceremony + Reception rentals range $3,600–5,000 for up to 200 guests and include everything listed above, PLUS:

  • 12-hour venue access (11am–11pm)
  • White 30x40 clubhouse tent with perimeter lighting, plus a DJ tent
  • Outside covered bar
  • 1-hour wedding rehearsal

  Add-ons include reception chairs, bamboo or wooden altar, horse rental, lawn games, and more. Guest counts over 200 have a fee of $500 per 50 additional people. A professional day-of planner is required for all rentals.

  Pricing does not include a $600 security deposit, $150 cleaning fee, and 4.712% Hawaii sales tax.
