With acres of lovely gardens, mature trees, a pond, and a mix of event buildings both historic and contemporary, this family-owned estate is a hidden gem in southwest Michigan’s lakeshore area. And at just around two hours from O’Hare airport, it’s convenient for travelers, too.
You have ample options for celebrations both indoors and out (or a combination of the two), with photo-friendly venues like the colorful Butterfly Sanctuary Garden, peaceful Siochain Garden, the renovated 1893 barn, and the modern, light-filled Pond View Pavilion.
Twenty overnight guests can be accommodated in the Estate’s charming suites, each of which boasts its own unique décor and vibe. Plenty of additional lodging is available in several nearby hotels, motels, and vacation rentals.

Rental Fee

$4,200–29,500/event
Rental fee varies depending on:
- Day of week
- Event duration
All rentals include:
- Access to the Historic Inisfree Barn, Pond View Pavilion, and the grounds
- Two separate dressing areas
- Silent Disco music system
- Fire pit with firewood
Extensive furniture rental options are available for one day venue reservations (including a champagne cart, stage, farmhouse tables, etc.). Rental prices include set-up, tear down and no delivery charges. Pictures and prices of all rental furniture can be found in the Client Welcome magazine.

Half-Day Rentals (maximum of 50 guests)
5-Hour Celebration | $4,200 (available Sunday–Thursday)
7-Hour Celebration | $5,900 (available daily)

Single Day Rentals
Sunday or Thursday | 10am–10pm | $6,300
Friday or Saturday | 8am–midnight | $8,900

Multi-day packages include everything listed above, PLUS:
- Access to the venue on Friday (noon–5pm) and Saturday (8am–midnight)
- 2- or 3-night stay in the Inisfree Bed & Breakfast for up to 20 guests
- Complimentary overnight for the couple in their suite of choice
- Breakfast included each morning
- Ceremony rehearsal
- Rehearsal dinner for 40, including tables, chairs, setup & teardown
