Rental Fee
The venue charges a venue donation instead of a rental fee. This donation is tax-deductible and includes:
- Wedding party suites
- Two mobile bar fronts
- Parking
- Two mobile bar fronts
- Grand exits (there is an additional fee for sparklers)
- One photography session outside of the event day for engagement photos or bridal portraits
- Tables and chairs for 250
Additional Info
There is a setup fee for each space used for an event that includes setup & teardown of tables & chairs for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
