  • Exclusive access to the venue starting at noon, and the wedding cottage at 8am
  • Venue access for 1-hour ceremony rehearsal and 1-hour engagement session
  • Choice of ceremony venue set with padded chairs
  • Climate-controlled reception room with dimmable chandeliers, waterfall string lights, vintage & antique tables, and tables & chairs
  • Estate tent with string lights, chandelier, and dance floor
  • Indoor and outdoor bars and catering prep kitchen
  • Access to in-house décor, lawn games, and fire pit with wooden benches
  • Lighted parking lot
  • Staff on-site for maintenance, light janitorial, and emergencies

  Add-on the Manor House to any rental for $400.
