Special Midweek Short Booking Pricing (booked within 4 months of the event)
For midweek events booked 4 months in advance:
- $2,500–6,000 rental fee (4.5 hours), depending on the time of year and day of week
- $72–96 per guest depending on the package chosen
- There is a 20–40 guest minimum depending on the menu package chosen
Short booking additional fees:
- Extended dressing suite time is $100/hour
- 6% MD state tax
Intimate Ceremonies and Micro-Weddings!
Intimate ceremonies range $600/hour (3–15 guests) to $900/2 hours (3–30 guests)
Micro-weddings are $1,400 for 2 hours (3–50 guests) and include:
- Ceremony in the garden followed by social time and photos
- Short reception in the Henry James Suite or Main Floor
- Access to the foyer, bar room, garden area, and restrooms
- Mini floral package
- Tables & chairs, linens, sweet tea, ice water, cups & napkins,

All rentals include 5 hours of event time, tables & chairs, setup & breakdown, access to two dressing suites with light refreshments, and a 1-hour walkthrough the week prior to the event. Saturday events also receive votive centerpieces and an additional hour of rental time.
